Diagnostics on custom desktops take more time compared to a normal computer. The inspection fee is $40, if you choose to have us repair the problem the $40 goes toward the repair cost, if you choose to do the repair yourself you only owe us $40 for determining the problem.

This service replaces your faulty hard drive with a fully functional and tested one of  equal or larger size. At no extra charge we will also attempt to transfer your data from the old one to the new one. Price includes a 1tb mechanical hard drive and labor. SSD available at higher cost.

Data loss is a realistic and scary thing! Luckily we can help. If your hard drive has failed or your memory card isn't able to open you might have a corrupted piece of hardware. We have a 99% sucess rate with recovering all of your data. The cost of data recovery starts at $100 and goes up depending on how long your device needs to be connected to our data recovery machine. Spilling liquid on your expensive computer is never a fun time. Luckily we are experts in liquid damage repair. 

We have a 5 step program for repairing liquid damage

1) Full disassemble 
2) The logic-board and other corroded components take a dip in our acid bath ultrasonic cleaner
3) 99% isopropyl alcohol bath to displace all the remaining liquid and then 15 minutes in our oven to dry
4) Components fully inspected under a microscope and repaired via micro soldering if needed 
5) Unit reassembled and tested

Tips: If you spill something on your laptop BRING IT IN RIGHT AWAY. Do not wait a few days hoping rice will fix it, it will not. The sooner you get it to us the higher the chance of the repair being successful
